He is detail-oriented and gifted at sorting out the complicated and sometimes technical issues that often arise on projects. He has a proven track record of managing large projects—which often require successful navigation of countless regulations—and regularly works to assemble attractive and feasible building designs. One recent example of his project management can be seen in Somerset’s VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, which boasted an extensive lease, regulatory, and LEED certification requirements.
